Pickup is available within Dubai except inside the mall. Pickup and drop-off are included from any hotel or residential building inside Dubai central locations: Bur Dubai, Deira, Karama, Oud Metha, Al Qusais, Al Jafliya, Al Rashidya, Al Barsha, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road. Pickup from Sharjah, Ajman, Al Furjan Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali Resorts, Expo Village Hotels, Al Maktoum Area Hotels, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, and Dubai Parks hotels and resorts are on a private basis only with no shared transportation options. Pickup is not available from the Hatta area or from locations outside Dubai.

• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city.
• For private transfers, pick-up from Areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels
• Please make sure to adhere to the dress code for visiting attractions of cultural importance like Sheikh Zayed Mosque. (Knees and shoulders covered) Decent attire is a Must required to enter these attractions.
• Transfer timings may be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location
• Grand Mosque is not open for tourists on Fridays 

Cancellation Policy

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate.
